Built by: C.E. Purcell - 1886 - Two story wood stucture, 13,400 sq. ft.

In 1908 a new three-story with basement brick factory building was built (2311 N. 18th Street)

Square footage: 41,200

Manufacturer of labels: "La Flor de Aragon, LaDefensa, Gran Triufo, La Galinda, El Prado, John Morley, La Flor de Adams, Shakespeare and LaFlor de Ybor "

Actual use: Storage space
